Bishop Wisecarver's 7th Axis Robot Transfer Units are designed for durability, ease of installation, and low total cost of ownership.
Built with Bishop Wisecarver’s DualVee Motion Technology® – For self-cleaning guidance, low maintenance, and unparalleled dependability.
Low maintenance, long life – Thanks to V guide technology the system requires hardly any maintenance, guarantees a long system life and is suitable for dirty environments.
Automatic Lubrication – Auto pinion lubrication system and large track lubrication wells for lower maintenance.
Easy installation – 3 meter base module and 2 meter extensions with removable lift points allow for easier assembly of long systems.
Support – 8 large capacity linear guide wheels bearings run on hardened track to support heavy robots at full reach.
Rack & Pinion Drive – Hardened & ground helical gearing for accurate positioning.
Debris-resistant and extremely durable DualVee wheels Adjustable wheels and automatic lubrication systems designed for easy maintenance Leveling feet and lift points for easy positioning and installation Speeds up to 1.64 ft/s [0.5 m/s] and accelerations up to 0.981 m/s2
