A complete linear drive solution designed for heavy loads and forces, and arduous working conditions requiring minimal maintenance and a long service life.

Durable and high load capacity – A high performance unit with steel reinforced timing belt and heavy duty beams to cater for high demands, adverse conditions and heavy loads.

Saves time and money – HDLS heavy duty linear actuator is a modular belt driven unit, which will save hours in design and assembly time.

High driving forces – Of 10kN or greater make this unit ideal for automotive or other heavy duty pushing requirements.

Heavy duty gantry – The strong beam section will perform a gantry function as part of the structure with no additional support required.

Low maintenance – Offering the inherent benefits of HepcoMotion’s V guide technology, including high reliability and low maintenance, HDLS is popular in high duty applications where round-the-clock, reliable running is vital.

Lubrication – Lubrication options are available to maximise life and reduce service intervals, with no re-lubrication required in many cases.

Versatile – 3 formats available for a wide range of applications (wide unit, narrow unit, and angled unit). Lengths are available up to 6m in one piece, longer lengths available with joins, and 2 sizes of carriages available.
