DS 400 - Compressed air and gas flow meter

Introduce 

Every factory needs compressed air, however, people often don't realize that compressed air is one of the most expensive types of energy. Therefore, the intelligent use of the DS 400 flow meter has great potential for energy savings.

In most cases, users are mainly focused on production, that is, on the compressor. To save energy, compressors, control systems or heat recovery systems are often newly installed.

DS 400 flow meter includes :

VA 500 flow sensor

• Easy installation and removal under pressure via 1/2" ball valve
• Some gases - freely adjustable in DS 400
• Can be used from 1/2" to 12" DN 300
• Diameter can be freely adjusted in DS 400
• Output for 4...20 mA for m³/h
• Pulse output for m³ (total flow)

DS 400 chart recorder

• 3.5" graphic display with touch screen - displays the progress of measured values ​​in graphic form
• Two sensor inputs for flow sensor/dew point sensor
• USB interface for reading data logger via USB memory stick
• Two additional sensor inputs for pressure sensors, current meters, etc
• Optional: Data logger for 100 million measured values ​​(2 GB SD card)
• Optional: Ethernet and RS 485 interface (Modbus protocol)
• Optional: Web server Optional: CS Soft Basic - freely evaluate measured data
