FST-200TPH CanNeed Máy Đo Độ Ổn Định Bọt Bia
Máy kiểm tra độ ổn định bọt FST-100TPH là máy kiểm tra bọt nhà máy bia tiêu chuẩn quốc gia. Theo tiêu chuẩn của viện NIBEM,
Máy đo độ bền bọt FST-100TPH đo thời gian xẹp bọt trong khoảng cách 30 mm. Phương pháp đo lường này là khách quan và đáng tin cậy,
vì nó có thể tránh được ảnh hưởng của dòng chảy. Bên cạnh đó, ảnh hưởng của nhiệt độ, áp suất khí quyển và độ ẩm cũng có thể được hiệu chỉnh.
Lợi ích:
a) Quản lý chất lượng bọt một cách khách quan
b) Phương pháp đo lường theo NIBEM
c) Đo lường tự động- ít tốn nhân công hơn
d) Không cần bảo trì
Nguyên lý đo:
FST-200TPH đánh giá độ ổn định của bọt thông qua đo tốc độ biến mất của bọt bia. Bọt là một hỗn hợp không ổn định của không khí và chất lỏng. Những lý do khiến bọt biến mất như sau:
1) Bọt nhỏ kết lại với bọt lớn hơn.
2) Bọt không ở trạng thái cân bằng (ảnh hưởng của sức căng bề mặt).
3) Tiêu hao, đến từ sự hư hỏng bọt do dòng chất lỏng bọt.
4) Khuếch tán khí.
FST-200TPH
Quy trình đo:
Đâm chai bia bằng Thiết bị lấy mẫu ISD-3000. Áp suất CO2 được nén sẽ vận chuyển bia đến HF-100 Head để tạo bọt. Sau đó, bọt sẽ xuất hiện. Đổ đầy cốc thủy tinh chuẩn rồi nhanh chóng cho mẫu vào khoang đo của FST-100TPH để đo. Độ ổn định của bọt được đo bằng số giây cần thiết để bọt xẹp xuống trong khoảng cách 30 mm
(Lưu ý: khoảng cách có thể do khách hàng đặt).
a) Di chuyển hệ thống điện cực của FST-100TPH xuống dưới cho đến khi hai trong số các điện cực chạm vào bề mặt bọt, sau đó hai điện cực tạo thành một mạch hồi lưu.
b) Khi hết bọt, mạch hồi lưu hai điện cực bị cắt. Tiếp tục di chuyển hệ thống điện cực của FST-100TPH xuống dưới cho đến khi hai trong số các điện cực chạm vào bề mặt bọt.
c) Khi bọt biến mất ở khoảng cách đặt trước (10 mm) bên dưới vị trí tham chiếu, thời gian bắt đầu. Khi bọt biến mất, hệ thống điện cực tiếp tục di chuyển xuống phía dưới đến một khoảng cách đặt trước (ví dụ: 30 mm). Giá trị ổn định của bọt là giá trị được ghi nhận trong giai đoạn trên.
Hơn nữa, FST-100TPH nên được sử dụng cùng với Thiết bị lấy mẫu và chọc thủng ISD-3000 và Đầu tạo bọt HF-100.
* Thiết bị lấy mẫu và chọc lỗ ISD-3000 được sử dụng để lấy mẫu từ bia đóng chai hoặc bia lon.
* Đầu tạo bọt HF-100 dùng để tạo bọt cho bia theo tiêu chuẩn.
* Khách hàng có thể mua Bộ nạp thiết bị lấy mẫu SDF-100 để tùy chọn. SDF-100 được sử dụng để lấy mẫu từ bể lớn và đường ống trong nhà máy bia.
Nó có hiệu quả có thể tránh bọt và thuận tiện thực hiện phép đo trong phòng thí nghiệm sau khi lấy mẫu.
